I originally joined Insight in October 2005 as part of the Graduate Recruitment scheme. I was initially attracted to the company because it seemed like a really friendly, fast paced and exciting place to work.
 
Since joining, I have been impressed by the amount of training I've received and how the company is keen to invest in employees' self development and career progression. For example, there are plenty of opportunities to move to other departments in the company so you find a job to suit you.
 
My first role at Insight was working as a verticalised business sales representative, where I quickly progressed and was relocated to the marketing department in the London office where I now manage a number of Insight's large IT vendor relationships from a marketing perspective. This involves helping vendors grow their business by ensuring they engage with Insight's customers and sales people through presenting and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
 
Throughout my 15 months at Insight I have been consistently challenged and have significantly improved a wide range of commercial skills in a stimulating and successful work-hard-play-hard company.
