It can be a big decision deciding on your first professional job out of university because it can make or break your success for the future. That's why when I was offered to work for a leading global IT solutions provider I was very excited yet nervous in making a good impression. Since joining in December 2005 I have been promoted from our new business sales team to the manufacturing tenured team therefore career progression is very realistic with support and advice available at all times.
