The Silver service is designed to monitor devices at a very granular level using an agent-less technologies, it will intelligently query each distinct part of the hosted infrastructure, to make sure it's healthy, has enough capacity and is responding to users in an acceptable timeframe. When something happens in your infrastructure estate, an alert will be received and the qualified support technician will advise you through a number of notification technologies (e.g. email, SMS, Pager or telephone)
