What is the Insight Technology Show, Manchester?
The largest IT reseller exhibition in the North West of England, specifically designed for IT professionals across all sectors and business sizes. The Show gives you access to over 70 of the world's largest and most successful IT hardware, software and solution providers whilst giving you the opportunity to learn about cutting edge technology through a series of Keynotes and Briefings taking place on the day.
When and where is the event taking place?
The event will be held for one day only, on Tuesday 6th September 2011 opening times are 11:30 – 15.30.
It will be held in Central Hall 2, Manchester Central, Petersfield, Manchester, M2 3GX.
Can anyone attend the Insight Technology Show?
Anyone can attend the show, the easiest way to do this is to register online.
By registering online you will receive your visitor badge a few weeks before the show.
Who will be exhibiting on the day?
Along with Insight and the Insight Technology Solutions Team, over 70 hardware, software and IT solution providers will be exhibiting on the day including HP, Microsoft, Google Enterprise, Symantec, BlackBerry and Cisco.

Can I register online right up to the opening of the Show?
You will be able to register online until 5.30pm Thursday 1st September 2011. If you register after this date, you will not receive your badge in time for the show. However, your details will be on our database, and you can collect your badge at the show. You will not need to complete a visitor form when you arrive, so this still allows you fast track entry into the exhibition.
What if I register early and my badge doesn't arrive?
We will endeavour to ensure your badge reaches you in time for the show – all registrants will be mailed their badge out 3-4 weeks prior to the show. However occasionally badges are lost in transit or severely delayed due to factors out of our control.
In these circumstances please be assured you will be able to pick up a new visitor badge at the show. Once registered online, your registration details will be on our database; all you will require is to have a badge printed on the day - still allowing you fast track entry into the exhibition.
How do I secure one of this year's Show freebies?
In order to secure one of this year's Show freebies, you will need to arrive early! Freebies will be handed out to the first 500 visitors through the door on the day.
How do I arrange a meeting with one of the Insight Technology Solutions Specialists on the day?

Please note due to limited meeting slots – meetings will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
How do I find my Account Manager on the day?
Please arrange to meet your Account Manager on the day by speaking with them directly prior to the show.
What are this year's Keynote topics?
The Keynotes will specifically address the key themes of the event. The full keynote agenda will be available shortly.
Will there be internet access at the show?
Yes, there will be wireless internet connectivity available throughout the venue.
Can I buy products/services at the event?
No – however if you do wish to purchase a product you see at the event, you can order online (if you have an online account set up– the show offers wireless internet connectivity), call our order-line 0800 333 333 or speak with your account manager after the show.
The main purpose of the show is give you an insight into emerging products and technologies whilst giving you the opportunity to speak with key IT manufacturers and network with other like-minded professionals.
